Optional. Deletable. Yours to export. You're responsible for what happens under your login; tell us if you think someone else has access.

Advertising

Advertising is minimal, predictable, and always disclosed. Ads may be served by third-party advertising partners, using the cookies described in our Privacy Policy. An ad appearing here is not an endorsement by our newsroom, and sponsored content is a separate, clearly labelled class our editorial staff has no part in producing.

Comments and submissions

Anything you post (a comment, a pitch, a correction) you own, but you grant us a licence to publish and moderate it under our Editorial Standards. Don't post anything unlawful, harassing, or not yours to share.

No warranty

imloka is provided as-is. We work to keep reporting accurate (see Corrections if we get something wrong), but we don't warrant the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, imloka isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
